Our Commitment to You

In addition to staggering appointment times, we have enhanced our sanitizing processes between guests, and  our Fig Team is temperature- and symptom-checked before we enter the space. We wear masks at all times, plus visors during your treatment.

Your Commitment

We kindly ask that you observe the below safety measures:

Mask

The most recent BC government guidelines state that guests are no longer required to wear masks while in our Fig Bars. However, we welcome you to continue wearing a mask if you prefer and have them available should you want one. Our skin educators and doctors while in treatment, will continue to wear one.

Hand-Washing

We ask that you please wash/sanitize your hands upon entering.

Social Distancing

Please keep a 2 meter (6 foot) distance between yourself and others. We may request that you wait outside if we have reached our safe capacity.

Touchless Checkout

We ask that you consider paying with a credit card rather than cash.
