Facial Treatments
We require 4 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your facial treatment. Any facial appointment that is canceled or rescheduled within 4 hours of your original appointment time will result in a $35 fee.

Injectables + The Longevity Treatment
We require 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your injectables or Longevity Treatment appointment. Any appointment that is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your original appointment time will result in a $100 fee.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our Guest Concierge team at 1-888-848-1970 or email hello@formulafig.com.
