Your privacy is important to us at Fig Facial Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Fig Facial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and we are committed to safeguarding, preserving and respecting your privacy rights.  This online privacy statement (the “Policy” or “Statement”) sets out how we collect and manage personal information, whether that information is collected via our websites (“Websites”), including, or otherwise, including through our services (together, the “Services”).  In this Policy, the terms “you”, “user” and “your” refer to a visitor or user of our Services.

In the course of providing services through our Websites and offline, we may collect your personal information.  We will only collect personal information as permitted under applicable law.  We collect the information you voluntarily provide directly to us, such as when you complete a form or submit information to us.  We also collect information when you interact with the Services, for example, through our use of cookies.

  • Submit an Application or Create an Account.  If you submit an application to use our Websites or create an account, we will collect the information you provide.  The specific pieces of information may vary, but it will generally include your name, username, email address, and preferences.
  • Purchase a Product or Schedule an Appointment.  If you place an order for any of our products or schedule to receive our Services, we will collect the information you provide.  The specific pieces of information may vary, but it will generally include your name, email address, shipping address, payment information, and preferences or history.

  • Interactive Chat.  If you engage with the Websites’ ChatBot, we will record the conversation.  Please note that the ChatBot is an automated program and not a real person, and information relating to your communications may be shared with our service provider. 
  • Social Media. If you interact with us on social media, we may collect information that you post.  Please note that your comments and information will be visible to the public, so you should never share personal information that you would like to keep private.  
  • Contact Us.  If you send us an email or otherwise contact us, we will collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, and any personal information you include in your message.

    Information We Collect as You Navigate Our Websites

    • Mobile Device Information.  When you access our Websites via a browser on your mobile device, we may also collect mobile network information, including the unique device identifier assigned to that device, mobile carrier, operating system, and other device attributes.

    Purpose of Collection

  • How Do We Use “Cookies” and Other Tracking Technologies?

    Where Your Personal Information is Held 

    Fig Facial processes personal information on our servers in Canada and United States of America and may do so in other countries.  In some cases, we may process personal information outside your own country.  We will comply with applicable laws governing the transfer of your information.  

    How Long Your Personal Information is Held

    We may retain your personal information as long as is necessary in order to manage our relationship with you (or fulfill the purposes for which it was collected) or as otherwise permitted by law. The length of time we retain personal information varies and may extend beyond the end of your relationship with us.

    We will delete your personal information when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or upon your request, subject to exceptions as discussed in this Statement or under applicable law, contract, or regulation.

    Children’s Privacy 

    Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important.  Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.  In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification or parental consent, we will immediately delete that information.  If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us using the information provided in the “Contacting Us” section below.
